DONATIONS
Donations are a very important way for TowardsTheEnd.Org - Within Temptation Gallery to exist. Without donations the gallery won't be updated as much as it is at this moment. Here for we have a strict way of photo donations and its copyright. Beneath are the official Rules And Regulations from TowardsTheEnd.Org which you got to agree with donating your photos to our gallery. USAGE OF FORM
Usage of the application form on our donation page is strictly private and your details (name - email - website and other details) will kept private and won't be shared with any third parties. The details will kept strictly private and secret, and will be sent directly to an email address from TowardsTheEnd.Org - Within Temptation Gallery and will not be saved in an online database. None of the emails will get an unique tracking-ID nor unique number which is trackable on the internet. We will, under any circumstances, be careful with any personal information.

SENDING FILES
- SENDING FILES OVER WEB
In case a donation will be sent over the web to TowardsTheEnd.Org - Within Temptation Gallery the file must be hosted on an external website as SendSpace or WeTransfer. All files - which may only be JPG/JPEG/PNG/GIF or BMP files - must be packed in a virus-free ZIP or RAR file with a maximum of one (1) sub-folder. This must include the standard information for uploading photos (Name of photographer - Band on photos - Date of show; including day, month and year - Venue name - Place of venue; including country code). In case of incorrect information or missing details we won't be able to upload the files into the gallery, in most cases. The maximum size (in Megabites) is one (1) MB. In case your file is larger as the maximum allowed file size of one (1) MB, you need to resize it yourself. In case of too large files, we won't be able to upload the files into the gallery.
- SENDING FILES BY EMAIL
In case a donation will be sent by email, the email should be send directly to info@towardstheend.org. All files - which may only be JPG/JPEG/PNG/GIF or BMP files - must be packed in a virus-free ZIP or RAR file with a maximum of one (1) sub-folder. This must include the standard information for uploading photos (Name of photographer - Band on photos - Date of show; including day, month and year - Venue name - Place of venue; including country code). In case of incorrect information or missing details we won't be able to upload the files into the gallery, in most cases. The maximum size (in Megabites) is one (1) MB. - SENDING FILES VIA INTERNET PAGES
In case a donation will be sent via internet pages, those pages need to be public and not with password or login-restricted. A single download link must be one the page, or at each photo for quick and easy downloading. We are not always able to download photos on every internet page, in care we're unable to download the photos on the given internet page, we will send and email to the given contact address. All files - which may only be JPG/JPEG/PNG/GIF or BMP files - must be packed in a virus-free ZIP or RAR file with a maximum of one (1) sub-folder. This must include the standard information for uploading photos (Name of photographer - Band on photos - Date of show; including day, month and year - Venue name - Place of venue; including country code).
